If the game goes into a black screen instead, it will result in a DirectX crash of "undetermined error". Sometimes a few frames of input are detected before this happens, though this always ends up being for less than a second. Attempting to click on it will usually not respond in any way, but sometimes clicking will result in the screen getting more and more white in Windows. In that freeze you see a frame of the desired changes until it freezes up. When changing any graphical setting, especially noticeable with resolution, the game freezes up permanently, although for a small moment it will indeed change to the selected setting or resolution. It binds on the default or "primary" NIC address which isn't the expected output/functionality of net_ip. Update/Edit: You'll be able to see the HTTP server, but unable to connect to the game via the IP. Same result, accessible via HTTP, not in-game.Follow Windows testing method, but run via wine.Assign secondary static IP in your distro. You should be able to see the server via the HTTP server, however, you should not be able to connect in-game. Added these arguments to start parameters -dedicated +set net_ip XX.XX.XX.XX +set net_port XXXXX.Assign secondary static IP to main NIC adapter via Network and Sharing Centre.Other services I run on the server respect IP binding correctly. The intention is to bind on my secondary (floating) IP so if I upgrade/change service on my provider I don't lose the IP and people's favourites. My dedicated server has multiple public IPs, binding on the secondary IP via +set net_ip listens on TCP but you cannot connect in-game (UDP). Both Windows and Linux (WINE) are affected.
